One-to-ones

A one-to-one is a comprehensive four hour session which explores both theory and practice to help you awaken a more powerful way of connecting with women.

Structure

Each session is broken down into three parts:

  • First, you can tell me exactly what you’re looking to achieve and then we’ll spend an hour going through some theory. We’ll explore three key mindsets that enable greater connection with women. And we’ll systematically look at the process of initiating contact with a woman and creating a relationship.
  • Second, we’ll spend two and a half hours working on your ability to connect with women in practice. I’ll be happy to demonstrate how to do this right in front of your eyes. Then I’ll provide you with some constructive social exercises to develop your ability and coach you through them.
  • Third, we’ll sit down for half an hour and debrief. I’ll give you some handouts to take home including some personal feedback and some insight into how to develop your social circle. You can ask me any questions you want and I’ll grant you unlimited phone and email access for advice in the future.
