I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, relationships aren’t formed on the basis of the quantity of time you’ve spent with someone but on the quality of time. Quality time is created through emotional connection and a great way of creating an emotional connection is to share a range of emotions with the woman you relate to.
There is an art to taking a woman through a range of emotions and the best way to do it is to share stories about yourself and your life. Not just ordinary stories, not even interesting stories, but rather, stories that are heartfelt and convey a range of emotions.
Commonly, when out on a date with a woman, I might ask her about the best and the worst things to ever happen to her. Initially, she might not be able to think of anything, or perhaps she wouldn’t feel comfortable opening up straight away, in which case I would open up about myself.
When talking about such emotive topics as the best and worst things to ever happen to you it’s important to communicate straight from the heart so that she can feel every emotion you feel. In doing so you will reveal to her a very human side of yourself. She begins to see you as more than just an acquaintance and more as someone she shares a connection with. Furthermore, once you open up about yourself she will feel comfortable to open up to you and share those deeper experiences of her life with you.
They key to conveying emotion is to really conjure up the emotions that you experienced in the stories you are speaking off. How did you feel at the time? What did you learn from those experiences? How did it shape the person that you are today?
If we think about all the strongest relationships we have and the people we feel the closest bond to it’s definitely true to say that we have experienced all kinds of emotions with these people -good and bad. This is true for all our closest friends and our family too.
Consequently, if you can share a range of emotions with the women you are dating they will feel a much closer bond to you. And the deeper the connection the more likely things will become more intimate more quickly.
Start to share more emotions with women you’re dating and start to enjoy more success.
